This Course explores employer-employee relationships,legislation ,rights,obligations and new developments in the Labour Relations Amendment Bill and Basic Conditions of Employment Bill.
This course explores enagement,breach of promise,marriage,property consequenses,accrual system,ante-nuptial contract,divorce grounds,procedures,maintenace,custody,child guardianship,new Child Care Act provisions and recent changes to civil Marriages.
Conveyancing is the legal process that takes place when lawful owenership is obtained of immovable property.In this course the student will be exposed to the documentation required and the steps involved in completing the legal process to obtain ownership.

You will attend a day seminar on registration. Upon registration you will receive our comprehensive training manual and practical guide.
On completion of the one day seminar, further on-site and off-site training can be arranged. You will have achieved knowledge on the fundamental aspects of the syllabus. This knowledge and guidance will then be applied to your practical and real exposure to the legal world.
For a whopping 12 months after completion of the program we will further empower your knowledge with a help line to guide you in your practice. this will provide valuable assistance and guidance in your career as a paralegal.
